Simulations

Curve analysis of discrete event models & continuous type models in simulation to provide computational green data is a must - Not easy! Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) should be considered in every business contract.

First, Sustainability requirements need to be front and center through the project-planning process to offer an inside view of sustainable development in action on a range of real-situation and guidance on how sustainable development principles can improve the quality of overall process design, investment analysis, project definition, contexts and structure.

Second, The project team has to identify and commit to their green goals early enough in the programming and design phase to allow the project to capture more of the FEASIBLE GREEN DESIGN and construction features to define effectiveness in the context of the project portfolio management.
