Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM and EPCM (engineering, procurement, construction management) contracts should include green provisions. While ECPC contracts in the mining sector have involved the multinational engineering corporations, there are growing green opportunities. Green reference to the estimated precursory costs and benefits necessary to make decisions about whether to go ahead with contracts or not.

For example, Law enforcement Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems with support for different types of agencies is being utilized; i.e., Law, Fire, and Emergency Service (EMS) agencies. But the more that is known about the system, in terms of appropriate theory, data, and experience, the more exact the model can be.
